Terms & Conditions
Signage Operations Command LLC — Version 1.0 — Effective October 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Signage Operations Command LLC ("SOC," "we," "us," or "our"), located at www.signageoperationscommand.com (the "Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.
Key point: Submitting any form on this Website — including a quote request, contact form, or emergency service request — does not create a contract, accepted order, firm price, or commitment by SOC to perform any work. All projects require a signed written agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at www.signageoperationscommand.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of this Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, prospective customers, trade partners, vendors, and any other person or entity who accesses or uses the Website for any purpose. Use of the Website constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. About Signage Operations Command LLC
Signage Operations Command LLC ("SOC," "we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned commercial signage company headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. SOC provides commercial sign fabrication, installation, service and repair, national rollout coordination, trade installation services, vehicle graphics, digital signage, and related services across all 50 states.
SOC is owned and operated by Justin Myers, a United States Navy veteran. SOC holds or pursues certifications including Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) status and participates in SkillBridge and veteran employment programs.
3. Scope of Website
This Website is a marketing and informational platform. It is designed to provide general information about SOC's services, capabilities, products, and trade partner programs; allow prospective customers and trade partners to submit inquiry and quote request forms; provide educational content about commercial signage; and showcase completed projects and case studies. The Website is not an e-commerce platform, does not process payments, and does not execute binding contracts.
4. No Contract or Accepted Order
Submitting any form on this Website — including but not limited to a quote request form, contact form, emergency service request form, trade partner inquiry form, or careers interest form — does NOT constitute, create, or imply:
- An accepted contract or purchase order
- A binding agreement of any kind
- A commitment by SOC to perform any work
- A reservation of labor, materials, or installation capacity
- An obligation by SOC to respond within any specific timeframe
- Approval of any project scope, design, or specification
All projects require a written agreement — such as a signed proposal, service authorization, purchase order, or government contract — executed by an authorized representative of Signage Operations Command LLC before any work commences. No employee, contractor, or agent of SOC has authority to bind SOC to a contract through a website form submission alone.
5. No Firm Price or Guaranteed Quote
Any pricing information, cost estimates, budget ranges, or price references appearing on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute a firm price, binding quote, or offer to contract at any stated price.
Actual pricing for any SOC project is determined by a formal written quote or proposal prepared by SOC after review of the specific project requirements, site conditions, material specifications, permitting requirements, labor market conditions, and other relevant factors. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written agreement is fully executed.
6. No Guaranteed Timeline
Any timelines, lead times, turnaround estimates, or scheduling references on this Website are general estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery or completion dates. Actual project timelines depend on permitting, material availability, site access, weather, subcontractor scheduling, client approvals, and other factors outside SOC's control. Specific timelines are established only in executed written agreements.
7. Specific Contracts Supersede These Terms
Where SOC has entered into a specific negotiated contract with a customer, trade partner, or government entity — including but not limited to a signed proposal, master service agreement, trade installation agreement, government contract, task order, or blanket purchase agreement — the terms of that specific agreement govern the relationship between the parties with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
These Website Terms and Conditions do not modify, supersede, or replace any executed written agreement between SOC and any party. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific executed agreement, the specific executed agreement controls.
8. Eligibility to Use This Website
This Website is intended for use by businesses, organizations, government entities, and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are seeking commercial signage services or information. By using this Website, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to submit inquiries on behalf of any organization you represent
- The information you submit is accurate and not misleading
- Your use of this Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations
9. Accuracy of Website Information
SOC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Website is accurate, current, and complete. However, SOC makes no warranty or representation — express or implied — that all information is accurate, complete, error-free, or up to date. Service descriptions, product specifications, capability statements, geographic coverage, certifications, and other information are subject to change without notice. SOC reserves the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.
10. Services Described on This Website
Service descriptions on this Website represent SOC's general capabilities and are not a guarantee that every described service is available in every location, for every project type, or at any given time. Availability of specific services depends on geographic location, project scope, permitting requirements, subcontractor availability, and other factors.
SOC operates a national network of trade installation partners and subcontractors. References to 'all 50 states' coverage reflect SOC's network capacity and coordination capabilities, not the presence of SOC employees in every state.
11. Quote Requests and Form Submissions
When you submit a quote request or inquiry form on this Website, you authorize SOC to contact you by phone, email, or SMS (if SMS consent is provided) regarding your inquiry. You represent that all information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
SOC will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner but does not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe. Submission of a form does not guarantee that SOC will provide a quote, accept a project, or enter into any agreement.
Form submissions are not treated as accepted orders, approved pricing, or confirmed project scopes. See Section 4 (No Contract or Accepted Order) and Section 5 (No Firm Price or Guaranteed Quote).
12. Emergency Sign Service Requests
SOC provides emergency sign repair and service response capabilities. Submission of an emergency service request form does not guarantee immediate dispatch, a specific response time, or availability of emergency services in your area at the time of submission.
Emergency service availability depends on geographic location, current workload, technician availability, parts availability, and other operational factors. SOC will make reasonable efforts to respond to emergency requests promptly but cannot guarantee response times through website form submissions alone.
For time-critical emergencies, contact SOC directly by phone at (843) 603-1976 in addition to submitting the online form.
13. Trade Partner Inquiries
SOC works with trade installation partners, sign companies, and contractors across the country. Submission of a trade partner inquiry form does not constitute acceptance into SOC's trade partner network, a commitment to provide work, or a trade installation agreement.
Trade partner relationships are governed by separate written trade installation agreements that address confidentiality, non-solicitation, customer relationship protections, payment terms, insurance requirements, and other terms specific to the trade relationship. Website form submissions are the beginning of a qualification process, not the conclusion of one.
SOC's trade partner protections — including confidentiality of customer identities, non-solicitation of SOC customers, and customer relationship protections — are established in executed trade installation agreements, not through this Website.
14. Careers and SkillBridge Interest Forms
Submission of a careers interest form or SkillBridge program inquiry does not constitute an offer of employment, an internship agreement, or a commitment to participate in any program. SOC reviews all submissions and contacts qualified candidates at its discretion. Employment and program participation are subject to separate agreements, background checks, and applicable legal requirements.
15. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS communications through a form on this Website, you consent to receive text messages from Signage Operations Command LLC at the phone number you provide. SMS messages may include responses to your inquiry, project updates, and related communications.
- Standard message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message
- Reply HELP for assistance
- SMS consent is optional and is never required to receive a quote or service
- SOC does not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including but not limited to the SOC name, logo, shield emblem, taglines ("One Mission. One Command. All 50 States."), service descriptions, product descriptions, photography, project images, written content, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Signage Operations Command LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or use any SOC content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Signage Operations Command LLC. Limited personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of evaluating SOC's services is permitted.
The Gemini Letters brand, product names, and related marks referenced on this Website are the property of their respective owners. SOC's reference to third-party brands does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond any stated partnership or distribution relationship.
17. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this Website to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person, business, or government entity
- Harvest or collect contact information or other data from the Website
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Website or its servers
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Website content without permission
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
- Use the Website in any manner that could damage SOC's reputation or business relationships
18. User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content through this Website — including form responses, project descriptions, photos, or other materials — you grant SOC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and conducting business operations. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. SOC does not claim ownership of content you submit but reserves the right to use project-related information for internal business purposes consistent with its Privacy Policy.
19. Third-Party Links and References
This Website may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to Pirate Hunter Enterprises, Sign Builder Illustrated, industry associations, and partner organizations. These links are provided for informational purposes only.
SOC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites through links on this Website is at your own risk. SOC's inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or its operators.
20. Veteran-Owned Business Representations
SOC represents that it is a veteran-owned small business (VOSB) as defined by applicable federal regulations. SOC pursues formal VOSB certification through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) VetCert program. References to veteran-owned status on this Website reflect SOC's ownership structure and certification pursuit. Formal certification status is subject to the SBA's review and approval process. SOC does not represent that it holds certifications it has not yet received.
21. Government and DoD Contracting Representations
SOC's references to Department of Defense (DoD) contracting capabilities, government contracting experience, and related positioning reflect SOC's general capabilities and pursuit of government contracts. References to specific contract vehicles, set-aside programs, or agency relationships on this Website are informational only. Government contracting relationships are governed by applicable federal acquisition regulations and specific contract terms, not by these Website Terms. Nothing on this Website constitutes a representation that SOC holds any specific government contract, clearance, or certification unless expressly stated with supporting documentation.
22. National Rollout and Multi-Site Programs
SOC's national rollout and multi-site program capabilities are described on this Website for informational purposes. References to the ability to coordinate signage programs across multiple locations or all 50 states reflect SOC's network and operational model. Specific national rollout programs are governed by executed master service agreements or project-specific contracts that define scope, pricing, timelines, quality standards, and other terms. Website descriptions of national rollout capabilities do not constitute a commitment to execute any specific program at any stated price or timeline.
23. Product Information and Availability
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, and pricing references on this Website — including information about Gemini dimensional letters, rigid signs, banners, vinyl graphics, mounting hardware, trade show exhibits, digital signage, and other products — are provided for general informational purposes. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. SOC does not guarantee that any specific product is in stock, available for immediate delivery, or available at any stated price. Specific product orders are governed by written purchase agreements or order confirmations.
24. Permit and Code Compliance
Commercial sign installation is subject to local zoning ordinances, building codes, permitting requirements, and other regulations that vary by jurisdiction. Information on this Website about permitting processes is general and educational only. SOC does not guarantee that any sign design, size, placement, or installation method described on this Website will be approved by any specific jurisdiction. Permit requirements, approval timelines, and compliance obligations are determined on a project-by-project basis and are addressed in executed project agreements.
25. Photography, Project Images, and Portfolio
Project images and photographs displayed on this Website represent actual work performed by SOC or its trade partners. Brand names, logos, and trademarks visible in project photography are the property of their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate the nature and quality of SOC's work. Inclusion of a brand or company in SOC's project portfolio does not imply an ongoing relationship, endorsement, or affiliation unless separately stated. SOC obtains appropriate permissions for project photography where required.
26. Privacy and Data Collection
SOC's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information submitted through this Website is governed by SOC's Privacy Policy, available at www.signageoperationscommand.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this Website and submitting any form, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
27. Cookie and Tracking Technologies
This Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support website functionality, analytics, and user experience. SOC uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized data about website traffic and usage patterns. Analytics tracking is activated only after a visitor provides consent through the Website's cookie consent mechanism. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or the Website's consent controls. By continuing to use this Website after accepting cookies, you consent to the use of tracking technologies as described.
28. Security
SOC implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Website and information submitted through it. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. SOC cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the Website. Do not submit sensitive financial information, government identification numbers, classified information, or other highly sensitive data through Website forms. SOC is not responsible for unauthorized access to information resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
29. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions
- Any other matter relating to this Website
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
31. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signage Operations Command LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of this Website, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or misleading information, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
32. Force Majeure
SOC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms or in connection with any project or service to the extent such failure or delay results from causes beyond SOC's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, utility failures, or other circumstances outside SOC's reasonable control.
33. Modifications to These Terms
SOC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 35. Termination of Access
SOC reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to this Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, submission of false information, or conduct that SOC determines to be harmful to its business or other users. Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
36. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina for any dispute arising under these Terms.
37. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact SOC in writing at the address or email listed in Section 42 and provide a detailed description of your dispute. SOC will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Charleston, South Carolina by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with SOC's Privacy Policy and any executed written agreement between you and SOC, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOC with respect to your use of this Website. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements regarding the subject matter herein, whether oral or written, except as provided in Section 7 (Specific Contracts Supersede These Terms).
40. Waiver
SOC's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SOC to be effective.
41. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without SOC's prior written consent. SOC may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
